General Information
- On-site registrations will be available.
- Registration: Required for all participants (both presenters and attendees).
- IEEE Members: Reference your IEEE Member Number in the Order Notes during check-out.
- Paper Registration: Include the respective Paper ID in the Order Notes during check-out.
- Students: Send your Academic ID or valid proof of student status to ieeecafe2024@gmail.com after registration.
- Greek Public Sector Organisations (PSOs): Contact ieeecafe2024@gmail.com before paying the fee.
- Registration invoice: registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt.

Attention! The following steps are crucial to confirm your registration via bank transfer.
- You must include the transfer description provided above.
- After completing the bank transfer, send the deposit receipt along with your registration details, including Paper ID and/or IEEE Member Number and/or Academic ID, to ieeecafe2024@gmail.com via email.
Important Deadlines
- Early Bird Registration: Register by July 31st to receive the early bird discount.
- After July 31st, the full registration price applies.
Conference Participation
- Full Registration: At least one full (non-student) registration per accepted paper is mandatory for inclusion in the proceedings. Papers without full registration by one of the authors will be excluded from the conference program.
- Lunch: Provided only to CAFE participants.
- Accompanying persons can join the social dinner for an additional fee of €50.

IAFE Participation is free
- If attending IAFE, email ieeecafe2024@gmail.com with your First Name, Last Name, and Affiliation to confirm participation.
- Includes access to technical sessions and coffee breaks.
- Confirmation of attendance is required during the registration process for CAFE2024.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to August 31st: Full refund minus an administrative fee of 50€.
- From September 1st: No refunds will be issued.
- Substitutions are accepted. Please contact to contact ieeecafe2024@gmail.com for the name change.
- Financial Responsibilities: In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
